I once bought their services and really enjoyed my site until renewal came up. I wanted to make a couple of changes to my website and they said they'd do it. Unfortunately, they took days if not weeks to respond appropriately and specifically. By the time they got around to exactly what I wanted my account had expired. Instead of charging me the smaller renewal fee, they wanted to charge me the full price. I thought this was completely unfair and it wasn't at all my fault since they lagged on the issue and dropped the ball. On several occasions I advised them of the changes I wanted to make a little more than a month in advance before my account expired. I am now reluctant to deal with a company that ONLY responds via email and this is why.
