Go Daddy disappoints! After much work moving our domains and company websites to Go Daddy, we now see that we made the wrong choice. Because of long down time and, even worse, poor customer service we are once again moving hosting companies. When our site was down for over a week because of their issues with a database, they suggested that we re-implement under a new hosting accounting; new account means new server with no issues. This was after a week of no communication as they worked to solve their server issue. The icing is that they wanted us to PAY for this new account while the other account sat idle and in disrepair. Good bye Go Daddy.
I concur with the review. GoDaddy has very poorly informed/trained level 1 tech support personnel. They took a "high traffic" site of mine down without informing me during a business-critical time. It was a standard WP blog with 700-1000 page loads per day. high traffic, my @SS!!
