I guess my experience has been a bit better. Waiting six minutes to speak to a rep is much better than the two weeks I had to wait to get a response from my former hosting service provider. For what you pay for go daddy's service honestly what can you expect? Go dish out $100 a month if you want 30 second call waiting times. For the $4 a month I pay I'm more than happy with their service.
I've never had any of these problems managing my domains either. Not really sure why these guys can't figure it out. Never had issues shutting off the auto renew or anything else for that matter.
still can't get my domains canceled and auto renew turned off. they still have them so well protected that even i can't turn off the protection and it's my domain!!!
danica patrick, you should be ashamed associating yourself with a company like this!!
