User Review #39 by Jim H on January 7th, 2010 at 8:20 PM CST Name took me about 7 minutes per domain (6 domains) and a dozen reconnect attempts after their servers mysteriously stopped on my attempts to turn off auto renew and cancel them hosting my domains. And now they still say my domains are protected after I turned their "protection" off ( a service they stuck on that I didn't even know I had but that seems to keep me from turning off auto renew) took me about 7 minutes per domain (6 domains) and a dozen reconnect attempts after their servers mysteriously stopped on my attempts to turn off auto renew and cancel them hosting my domains.
