STILL TRYING to get my domain hosting canceled, two days later and they say that they've now gotten my domains unlocked but they still have "protection" on them which prevents me from turning the auto renew feature off. Try their email help desk and it times out waiting for a response from thier servers...... this is absurd
I could not agree with these reviews even more, wait time with costumer service is over 6-8 min, racks up charge on phone bill getting tired of waiting. Call to get help and one person gives me one answer and I get another answer for same question from someone else.
took me about 7 minutes per domain (6 domains) and a dozen reconnect attempts after their servers mysteriously stopped on my attempts to turn off auto renew and cancel them hosting my domains. And now they still say my domains are protected after I turned their "protection" off ( a service they stuck on that I didn't even know I had but that seems to keep me from turning off auto renew)
