Go Daddy has been a great host for me for a long time. As long as you get the second cheapest plan (still pretty inexpensive) you get unlimited domains and phone support. The webmaster tools have continued to improve over time, and they support .NET.

Frankly I can't even comprehend a comment like "They are not designed to do a very complex webiste". Unless you're using third party assemblies or need to install software on the server, the complexity of a website is up to the developer, not the host.
