I've used hostgator for over 5 years and the tech support is absolutely superb. I just upgraded to a VPS server and the transition has been very smooth and they answer all my questions in a very professional manner. They are an awesome host!

The best support ever, in my requests for support I have only had one occurrence where I felt the tech did not really want to help. No lectures, no talking down to me, pleasant, prompt, and most of all professional! A- in my book (they'd get an A+ if the dumped the one lousy tech with the "tude").
