While I liked NS at first, as I started to use more complex features (i.e., blog) on my site, I started to have many technical issues. It would take several phone calls (and long periods of time "on hold") to resolve the issues. Often my issue would be escalated to "an engineer" and still fail to be resolved. I am looking for another provider, but think that it will hard to untangle from NS considering what I have read in these comments.

NS was the original care taker of all domains on the Web, then they went public and became a web host business. I parked, paid in full for 5 years, my domain with NS for 3 years, one day I found out that they were using my domain to advertise something from Spain, for three days I thought that my domain was stolen, my son found out that it was not the case, BUT this is not honest. Since I don't a konw a thing about Webdesign and I was afraid to host my page someplace else because NS could give me a hard time, so I am subscribing to their minimal solution for 1-year. No final conclusion yet, I still need to read and learn a lot about web set up and operations, BUT already I fell that their tools ARE NOT very friendly, may be they are reliable, let;'s see. I will report back if they treat me well and if their webdevelop tools are good - give some months.
