Terrible. I have been with Network solutions for nine years. After my business slowed down quite a bit, I checked on my site to see if it was easily found on the web. I realized my site and all my domains names cannot be found on the net. I tried to call several telephone numbers. After going through all the prompts it gives you a busy signal and disconnects. I'm not sure what is wrong. Did they go out of business? After I changed to the large company hosting websites I get nothing but problems. Now my company has disappeared from the web AND some of my clients are getting messages that my website is spam. This is a nightmare! I wonder how much business I have lost.

I have email through them....frequently there are problems with emails not being delivered within a timely manner...can take several hours since someone sends me an email for me to receive it. This is completely unacceptable, as I run a law firm! I can't wait until my contract expires.

I have used NS since 2005 and was pleased with their service and, in particular, with their customer service... That was then. Each year, they have become less accessible and incredibly expensive.
I just recently purchased another domain from them (already having 2) and suddenly, the emails CAN NOT be downloaded to your Blackberry without an additional charge: a whopping $ 114.00/year.

Now, you pay that and it does NOT stop there: once you have received your receipt, you click on the link to set up your blackberry and suddenly there is ANOTHER external purchase of $49.00 (astrasync.com).

Nowhere prior to the payment does it mention this third but necessary party!!! A complete rip off.

Then the set up process is lengthy and laborious and it completely overrides the Balckberry email system and it is a true riggamarole to access emails, set ringtones etc.

Trying to speak with a NS customer service is useless because now they charge for that too. They don't respond when their systems suddenly charges me with a product that I have NOT purchased and that automatically renews every month with NO option to deactivate it.

I am sorry to say - I now think this is one of the worst services out there, a complete rip off and becoming a cheat too, whilst they are at it.

FIND AN ALTERNATIVE!!!
